One of the most popular Santorini wines on the market is the Sigalas white wine. A careful vinification that allows Assyrtiko to express its good minerality. The volcanic soils of Santorini give this drop a uniqueness that is expressed in this bottle. The wine presents itself to the connoisseur with an impressive radiance and a precise acidity on the palate that few other wines in the world are able to achieve.

tasting

Initially neutral on the nose, then some flint, then orange zest. A slight hint of peach notes. The relatively high natural acidity is noticeable with the very good tension on the palate and into the finish.
